Final approval of the process of implementing the electronic single window system for issuing investment licenses

In the meeting of Qazvin Resistance Economy Command Headquarters held on June 18, 2019, which was held in the presence of Mr. Zahedi, Governor- General of Qazvin, the process of implementing the electronic single window for issuing investment licenses was examined and the final approval of the Resistance Economy Command Headquarters.

During the meeting, Mr. Farzin Behnamifar, Director General of Economic Affairs and Finance of the province, explained about the single window system. He stated: This system in the form of a single electronic portal, by receiving the investment request and necessary information from the applicant, makes it possible to exchange information and issue licenses and inquiries between the eligible devices and finally provide electronic final response to the applicant. The system also allows you to closely monitor the performance of licensing agencies and provide periodic reports and receive complaints from licensed applicants and respond to them. Mr. Behnamifar confirmed that it is necessary to  set up an electronic single window for issuing investment licenses Statement of executive bodies in this field would be successful within the e-government development processes and these processes often done electronically, but  the communication among entities couldnot be successful,  within this development which has taken place and the processes of licensing business with current methods, timing and planning is not clear. Therefore, the single window investment system is designed to fill this gap.
